Learn more at experianplc.com. Job Description We are seeking a Product & Proposition Manager with a strong focus on Digital Onboarding solutions to join our Product & Proposition team. The successful candidate will be responsible for shaping, managing, and evolving Experian’s digital onboarding product portfolio, ensuring it meets market needs, drives client success, and strengthens Experian’s leadership in digital identity, KYC, and fraud prevention. The role will cover Italy, the Balkans, and France, requiring cross-market expertise and the ability to adapt propositions to different regulatory and client contexts. Key Responsibilities Own the end-to-end lifecycle of digital onboarding products and propositions, from market analysis and product design through to go-to-market strategy, delivery, and continuous improvement. Conduct market research, client interviews, and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends, customer pain points, and opportunities for innovation across assigned geographies. Define and prioritize product requirements in alignment with Experian’s strategy, regulatory frameworks, and client needs. Work closely with technology, sales, marketing, and delivery teams to ensure successful product development, launch, and adoption. Support pre-sales activities, including client presentations, RFP responses, and thought leadership initiatives. Develop clear product positioning, pricing models, and value propositions tailored to the Italian, Balkan, and French financial services ecosystems. Monitor product performance and client satisfaction, recommending improvements and enhancements to maximize business impact. Identify, evaluate, negotiate, contract, and manage strategic partnerships that enhance Experian’s digital onboarding propositions, ensuring seamless integration of partner solutions into our offering. Represent Experian in industry forums, events, and with key stakeholders to promote our expertise in digital onboarding and identity verification. Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in product management, proposition management, or a similar role, ideally within fintech, financial services, or digital identity solutions. Strong knowledge of digital onboarding processes, KYC, AML, and identity verification solutions. Proven track record of developing and launching successful digital products in B2B environments. Excellent project management, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Technical skills to perform assessments / POCs are a plus.
