MIMS operates in 17 countries with 2.7 million healthcare professionals using its services, including staffing solutions.We are currently seeking a motivated working student to join and support our product and engineering team and able to dedicate 20 hours/ week. Your Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to creating a simpler, more user-friendly experience for candidates and clients using our platform.
  • Look out and improve the visual and textual consistency of our web sites
  • Perform manual and exploratory testing to ensure the quality of both frontend and backend changes to our applications and services.
  • Support the team in designing, maintaining, and enhancing test automation scenarios where possible.
  • Conduct continuous quality control and disruptive testing, focusing on different aspects of the CWC platform experience from the perspective of various stakeholders (Candidates, Employers, Partners, and CWC Operations).
  • Actively report and track bugs and test all tickets in each upcoming release.
  • Develop and follow a structured testing plan for new, major features, keeping a detailed understanding of platform changes and testing needs.
  • Participate in key product-engineering meetings (requirements reviews, stand-ups, release planning, check-outs) to stay aligned on development progress.
  • Collaborate closely with developers and cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Product Management, and Operations.
  • Suggest ideas to improve our user experience and design and assist with product management projects such as market research, benchmarking, and metrics reporting.
