Pay Range: genU Training Enterprise Agreement – General Staff Level 6 Start $40.82 ph + Super
Not-for-Profit: Salary package up to $15,900 per annum each FBT year plus further meals and entertainment benefits up to $2,649 per annum

We’re seeking a Product Quality and Compliance Coordinator to ensure the quality and compliance of training products and tools. This role will support frontline compliance checks, maintain key training documents and registers, and contribute to continuous improvement through data analysis and reporting.
Working closely with the Learning Experience Manager and RTO stakeholders, the Coordinator will help uphold operational compliance across learning and assessment practices

QUALIFICATION:

  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (desirable)
Responsibilities
  • Support the development and compliance of accredited and non-accredited learning and assessment products, ensuring alignment with training package requirements.
  • Maintain key quality and compliance records, including Training and Assessment Strategy documents, course structures, and industry engagement registers.
  • Conduct compliance checks across learning materials, marketing collateral, and participate in validation activities to support RTO self-assurance processes.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to contribute to continuous improvement and administrative updates of RTO-specific procedures.
  • Prepare reports, communicate effectively across teams, and represent genU Training in committees and quality-related initiatives.
