The Product Quality Assurance Analyst monitors and improves the quality of our furniture products by collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data from production processes, customer feedback, and testing results. This role requires an analytical mindset, proficiency with data management tools, and the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies to enhance product quality. Based in the Bob’s Home Office or Distribution Center in Taftville, with some limited remote work, this position may require occasional domestic travel to supplier sites, manufacturing facilities, trade shows, and Bob’s distribution centers.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Quality Assurance, Statistics, or related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
• Minimum Education: High school diploma or vocational high school.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in quality assurance, preferably in the furniture or retail industry.
• Proven experience with QA technologies, systems integration, and data analysis/reporting tools.
