Description

Collaborate with manufacturing departments (PROBE, PI, PEE, RDA, TD, etc.) to identify root causes and implement countermeasures for visual defects Respond to improvement requests from post-process teams and optimize inspection recipes to enhance defect detection in the Fab Operate NG judgment criteria based on global quality documentation and communicate updates to relevant departments Participate in regular meetings with global QE teams to report investigation status and discuss detection requirements for unique events Share issues, align countermeasures, and explore efficiency improvements through regular meetings with other overseas sites Strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills, with a collaborative mindset Effective communication with members from diverse departments and cultural backgrounds Positive attitude toward working in a quality- and innovation-driven environment Knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing processes and inspection equipment (preferred) These include onboarding training, technical and language education, and academic advancement programs (AAP) for university or graduate-level studies. Financial support is also available for self-development and certification programs.
