The role Our business is growing! We have an opportunity for an experienced Product Quality Officer. Your daily focus will include: Documenting and taking control of the processes involved in warranty claims (Spare Parts) Identifying product quality and cataloguing Using your mechanical knowledge to assess spare parts that have been returned and identifying damages and /or fault and rectification with Product Management, Product Development, Purchasing or Supplier Engaging with suppliers and experts of the trade to assess returned parts Building customer relations assessing the outcome for compensation with the customer and supplier Accurate record keeping ie: Forms, Photos Based in our head office in Pemulwuy, you will be joining a Company that thrives on team results and strong business ethics. About You This role would be suited to someone with automotive or heavy machinery mechanical aptitude and with exceptional customer care and excellent administration skills. You must have at least 3 years-experience in automotive, particularly on heavy vehicle would be advantageous. In addition A proven ability to maintain strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders. A demonstrated effective communication, both face to face, telephone, or web-based apps. A demonstrated ability to effectively handle and complete multiple tasks in a timely manner. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficient in MS Office and web-based programs.
