YOUR ROLE Manage OSAT manufacturing activities (Assembly and Test) including: Non-conforming lot management Process change management Reliability monitoring Technical problem solving Quality Initiative Program definition and execution Backend analysis drive with plants: Non-conformity lot management Process change management Execute manufacturing monitoring Quality Initiative Program (QIP) External customer claim support YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCES At least 5yeasr experience in Semiconductor “Packaging Assembly and Test” Industry (With Process and Packaging Development know-how is a plus) Able to handle and drive remote support team and OSATs Knowledgeable in problem solving Techniques 8D Process of elimination DOE Knowledgeable in process optimization approach (Evaluations) and DOE definition With statistical analysis know-how ST is proud to be one of the 17 companies certified as a 2025 Global Top Employer and the first and only semiconductor company to achieve this distinction.
