JOB PREVIEW:

We’re looking for a dependable and detail-driven Inventory Receiver to become a key part of our operations team. In this role, you’ll help maintain accurate inventory, manage incoming stock, and support the smooth flow of our supply chain. Experience in FMCG and a solid understanding of accounting principles will be highly valued.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:

  • High school diploma required; qualifications in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field is a plus
  • At least 1 year of experience in receiving or inventory roles, preferably within FMCG
  • Knowledge of accounting basics
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with inventory tracking systems
  • Detail-oriented, well-organized, and an excellent communicator
  • Able to handle multiple tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities
  • Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders
  • Accurately log received goods into the inventory system
  • Label and store products according to company guidelines
  • Communicate with suppliers to resolve any discrepancies or damaged items
  • Maintain thorough records of deliveries, invoices, and inspection reports
  • Conduct periodic stock checks and support inventory audits
  • Use inventory management software and Excel to monitor stock levels
  • Ensure receiving and storage areas are clean, organized, and safe
