We’re looking for an organised and proactive Product Release Coordinator to join our PMO team. You’ll be responsible for ensuring that all departments are informed well in advance about upcoming product releases and for monitoring their readiness to consume those releases.
You won’t be delivering work on behalf of other departments - your job is to make sure they know what’s coming, when to expect it, and that they are ready to act when it arrives.

SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE:

  • 3–5 years of experience in project coordination, release readiness, or similar roles, ideally in a software or technology setting
  • Strong organisational skills and a methodical, structured approach
  • Confidence coordinating across multiple departments and time zones
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
  • Experience using project or collaboration tools
  • Comfortable working across Global business cultures

Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Release communication: Notify all relevant departments of upcoming product releases with appropriate lead times
  • Timeline management: Maintain and communicate accurate release schedules and key milestones
  • Readiness tracking: Monitor and report on each department’s preparation status for upcoming releases
  • Stakeholder coordination: Facilitate regular check-ins with department leads across UK and ZA offices
  • Cross-functional alignment: Ensure departments like Sales, Support, Services, Marketing, Legal, and Pricing are aligned and on track
  • Escalation management: Flag delays or readiness issues to the VP of Technology & Product
  • Post-release review: Run debriefs to capture lessons learned and refine the process
