SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• Experience in a Product Release role or similar role within manufacturing, laboratory, or quality environments
• You will ideally have dairy experience as well as experience using SAP
• Proven ability to make confident, quality-driven decisions based on lab data and specifications
• Previous experience with documentation and methodical process will be an advantage
• Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organisational and planning skills
• Ability to multi-task in a high-pressure environment
• Strong computer skills particularly in MS Office application

We are on the lookout for a Product Release Specialist with a strong background in quality, manufacturing, and lab environments to support our product release operations. This is a pivotal role within our business, where you will be responsible for ensuring safe, high-quality products are released to our key customers globally.
You will be part of a quality-focused team, with a clear path into leadership for those passionate about driving continuous improvement and leading teams in the future.

The main responsibilities of this role include..

• Collating test reports, data entry and finished product grading via our LIMS system
• Release of finished product and raw materials via SAP
• Grade and release products affected by deviations following customer acceptance and exceptional release procedures
• Meet the set KPI timeframes for first time grading
• Develop and maintain excellent working relationships across the business as well as effective global relationships with key external stakeholders, industry contacts, and agencies
