Description

Provide resolution and implement engineering solution to product/manufacturing issue To work with cross functional partners in setting up and ramping new manufacturing line Engage R&D and Product Development to enable New Product Introductions and Extensions Identify the risks early in the program and determine the test methods needed to characterize the product to ensure we meet the end-customer needs. This is especially true in any product or process NUD's Throughout the program, characterize the product to ensure we understand the risks and what it would take to address the risks Drive Product Qualification processes Drive and implement strong Product Quality and Reliability System Conceptualize, Develop and Deliver solutions to simplify Processes and deliver Cost Reduction out of the Operations Impacts multiple teams and may act as a team or project leader providing direction to team activities and facilitates information validation and team decision making process. Li-Post Four-year or Graduate Degree in Material Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
