ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Product Support Representative Senior, you will work with FIS clients to provide in-depth product support. You will take incoming inquiries to resolve customer concerns raised during installation, operation, maintenance or product application.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

  • Learn how financial theory and risk management methodologies are applied in practice.
  • Analyse and solve client issues via phone, ticketing portal and email. By doing so, you will get to know our software, our customers, their needs, and the variety of functional and technical issues that can arise during product development, implementation and post-implementation.
  • Interact between client, development, sales and product management depending on client issue.
