Description
Description Help us turn bold ideas into working software that empowers professional photographers to thrive. About Us: H&H Color Lab, N-Vu, hhimagehost, and Imago are building the future of professional photography software and services. We serve thousands of professional photographers with the tools, workflows, and products they need to grow their businesses — from school and sports photography, portrait and wedding studios, and commercial imaging professionals. We move fast. Our culture is entrepreneurial, collaborative, and focused on building people as much as products. As we grow, we must dramatically improve how we translate ideas into software — and that’s where you come in. The Opportunity: We’re looking for a Product Requirements Lead (Lean Business Analyst) to bridge business and development, bringing clarity, structure, coordination and alignment to how we define and build software. This isn’t a corporate-style project manager role. It’s a hands-on builder/coach role — helping us move faster, reduce rework, and raise the capability of our entire team without adding bureaucracy. If you’re energized by turning complexity into clarity, love collaborating with creative people, and want to make a tangible impact on products used by thousands of photographers, this role is for you. This position works in-office at our Raytown, Missouri location. What You’ll Do: Work closely with business leaders to understand vision and product goals Translate high-level concepts into clear requirements, user stories, workflows, and acceptance criteria Facilitate collaborative requirement-definition sessions with area experts and developers Validate requirements with developers before work begins and with QA before release Coach and support other team members to raise their skills in writing clear, testable requirements Maintain a simple, evolving framework for documenting and testing requirements that fits our lean, fast-moving culture Be a part of projects from start to finish and enjoying the impact of our work on small business owners across the country. What Success Looks Like: Developers consistently receive clear, testable, business-aligned requirements Fewer issues and rework from unclear or missed requirements Our team’s overall capability to define and deliver software increases Leadership is freed to focus on strategy and innovation while this role drives day-to-day requirements work Over time, our supported codebase becomes leaner, simpler, and easier to maintain Requirements What We’re Looking For: Curious, hard working, business-minded, and energized by our mission and products Clear communicator who can simplify complexity and distill decisions Proactive and collaborative — surfaces issues early, works alongside developers, not above them Thrives in a fast-moving entrepreneurial environment without rigid processes Experience as a business analyst, product owner, or similar role in a software environment Bonus: experience in imaging, photography, or e-commerce software Why choose us? We are proud to offer competitive pay and a complete benefits package including: Paid Time Off; Paid Holidays; Health, Dental and Vision Insurance; Company Paid Short Term Disability and Life Insurance, Voluntary Life Insurance, Critical Illness; Accident insurance; FSA; and 401(k). H&H Color Lab is proud to be an Equal Employment Opportunity employer.
