Job Summary:
Join our team in San Antonio, TX as a Product Review Engineer 4 within the Production Engineering Organization. We are seeking proactive individuals with excellent communication skills to support commercial derivative airplane programs. This role involves making quick engineering decisions, collaborating closely with production personnel, and working hands-on in the factory environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Apply broad knowledge of Boeing design and engineering principles.
  • Assess and resolve product/process issues throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Lead research on technical, operational, and quality issues, designing engineering solutions.
  • Analyze non-conformances, conduct root cause analysis, and develop dispositions for design issues.
  • Develop and implement product/process improvements using innovative approaches.
  • Analyze reported problems for safety issues and recommend complex resolutions.
  • Provide design phase expertise by supporting Integrated Product Teams (IPT) and participating in design reviews.
  • Ensure supplier compliance with Boeing standards and develop customer correspondence for equipment operation and maintenance.
  • Lead activities for disabled product repair teams, accident investigations, or support teams.
  • Design structural repairs, conduct static strength analysis, develop non-destructive test procedures, tools, and standards.

Skills:

  • Engineering degree in Aeronautical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Systems Engineering or Electrical Engineering Technology.
