WHAT MAKES YOU A GOOD FIT

• University degree in Chemistry or any other related field
• Basic analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Basic understanding of MS office tools
• Basic understanding of product development and launch activities
• Fluent in English speaking; additional languages are a plus

• Product Safety and Regulatory Affairs Expert need to ensure all products comply with applicable regulations and standards in target markets where Henkel consumer brands operate
• Prepare, submit, and track product registration dossiers required for regulatory approvals and for a successful product registration in non-EU markets of Henkel’s Consumer Brands business
• Ensure compliance to the regulatory requirements in relation to the update of regulations, interpretation, assessment and communication to internal and external stakeholders and authorities
• Cross-functional collaboration and good communication skills are needed with all necessary interfaces e.g. product development and other internal stakeholders, contract manufacturer, national authorities
• Good technological skills are needed to access needed documents in internal tools and systems and requirement to establish regular internal reporting
• Stay updated on regulatory amendments and communicate their potential impact on product portfolios
• Maintain accurate records of all regulatory submissions, approvals, and compliance-related activities for the purpose of internal and external audits
