Job Description We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Product Safety Compliance Manager to join our team in Norman, Oklahoma (we are open to candidates located in Wichita, KS as well). In this critical role, you will be responsible for ensuring our products meet all safety standards and regulatory requirements, minimizing risks, and maintaining our commitment to quality and consumer safety. Develop, implement, and maintain product safety compliance programs across all product lines Conduct comprehensive risk assessments and safety evaluations for new and existing products Stay up-to-date with evolving safety regulations and standards, ensuring our products remain compliant Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address safety concerns and implement corrective actions Manage product testing processes and analyze test results to ensure compliance with safety standards Develop and maintain documentation for safety compliance, including test reports and certifications Train staff on product safety requirements and best practices Represent the company in industry forums and regulatory meetings related to product safety Conduct periodic audits of manufacturing facilities and suppliers to ensure adherence to safety standards Investigate product safety incidents and implement preventive measures Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Chemistry, or a related field Professional certifications in product safety (e.g., CPSC, OSHA) 5+ years of experience in product safety or compliance management In-depth knowledge of industry-specific safety standards and regulations Proficiency in safety regulations and standards applicable to our product lines Strong knowledge of product testing methodologies and quality control processes Experience with compliance management software and data analysis tools Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities Proven project management skills Experience in risk assessment and mitigation strategies Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Willingness to travel to manufacturing sites and supplier locations as needed Additional Information Equal Opportunity Employer, including disability / veterans *Bosch adheres to Federal, State, and Local laws regarding drug-testing.
