Responsibilities

YOUR ROLE

AnTech is in the exciting position to expand its Sales department, and we are looking for a proactive individual looking to develop a career in Account Management. Working alongside our wider Sales & Marketing team, your role will consist of maintaining our strong customer relationships for our Products, ensuring client needs are met with a high standard of customer service.
This role could suit someone who has recently graduated from university in a STEM or business-related subject. The position requires no previous experience within a sales environment as we will provide you with a fully comprehensive training and development plan to help you thrive in your new career.

DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Build strong client relationships and work with colleagues across the company to share best practice and maximise success.
  • Develop an understanding of competitor activity and collect effective market intelligence so that AnTech can achieve #1 position in the market for its products wherever possible.
  • Gain strong technical understanding of the company’s product offering to promote our products to customers.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts to track progress and inform decision-making.
  • Create product presentations and datasheets to secure new business opportunities.
  • Develop data analysis skills to assist in forecasting growth, revenue and volume objectives.
  • Respond to sales enquiries, via email, telephone and online meetings.
  • Co-ordinate with Production to process orders, after sales service, invoice checking, and domestic and international shipping organisation.
  • Maintain CRM database.
