This role focuses on driving product awareness, educating potential customers about Coughing Cardinal USA's unique offerings, and ultimately increasing sales through direct engagement and relationship building. The Sales Float will work at various locations, as assigned and will be responsible for creating memorable experiences that highlight the product’s value, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty. By gathering customer feedback and market insights, the ambassador contributes to continuous product and service improvements. This position requires a dynamic individual who can adapt to diverse environments, communicate effectively, and embody the company’s mission and values in every interaction. Minimum Qualifications: * High school diploma or equivalent. * Proven experience in sales, customer service, or brand ambassador roles. * Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required. * Legal authorization to work in the United States. Preferred Qualifications: * Experience in vape shop sales environment. * Familiarity with Coughing Cardinal products or similar product categories. * Basic knowledge of sales tracking and customer relationship management (CRM) software. * Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. * Comfortable working independently and as part of a team in fast-paced environments. Responsibilities: * Engage with customers in retail or event settings to demonstrate and promote Coughing Cardinal USA's products effectively. * Educate potential customers on product features, benefits, and usage to facilitate informed purchasing decisions. * Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and brand advocacy. * Collect and report customer feedback and market trends to the management team to support product development and marketing strategies. * Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to meet or exceed sales targets and support promotional campaigns. * Manage inventory and merchandising displays to ensure product availability and visual appeal. * Represent the company professionally at all times, adhering to brand guidelines and company policies. Skills: The required communication and interpersonal skills enable the ambassador to connect authentically with diverse customers, effectively conveying product benefits and addressing inquiries. Sales skills are essential for identifying customer needs, overcoming objections, and closing sales to meet targets.
