As a Product Sales Assistant, you will be the frontline support to our sales representatives, handling customer inquiries, managing product information, and coordinating sales activities to ensure a seamless buying experience. Responsibilities: Assist customers by providing product information and answering inquiries promptly and accurately. Support sales staff with administrative tasks such as processing orders and updating sales records. Maintain attractive and organized product displays to enhance the shopping experience. Track inventory levels and report stock discrepancies or low stock to management. Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service. Qualifications Requirements High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in sales or business is a plus. Proven experience in retail sales, customer service, or related roles preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
