Product Sales Manager, Spare part Pulp and Energy Circularity (Pulp & Paper Engineering) Based in Cikarang, Indonesia Job description: Promote and sell the organization's products and services and provide technical sales support. 1. Pursue sales leads, visiting existing and new customers to meet sales target levels. 2. Negotiate prices and delivery times within limits of authority; and conclude sales orders to meet revenue targets. 3. Assess customer needs and suggest appropriate products and services. 4. Identify, research, and contact prospective customers and build positive relationships that will generate future sales and repeat business. 5. Refer sales leads, customer feedback, and information on competitor activity to appropriate contacts within the organization so that they can respond to changing market conditions and customer demands. Work complexity and business impact: Works independently to complete given assignments, promoting and selling the organization's products and services. Some negotiation is required and should be able to identify prospective customers. May guide others within own area of expertise. Geographical scope: mainly national Typical minimum relevant experience required: -5 years As an energic team, you will need to ensure your high-level professionality in service and remain with quality, safety, satisfaction and continuous development and learning attitude. Requirements: Beside of your engaged, self-motivated active team player with "can do" attitude, you are equipped with: Bachelor of Engineering or related fields. 3-5 years up experience in sales professionals relating to pulp & paper business or similar. Knowledge in engineering technics and interpretation to customer understanding. Familiar with Indonesia business relevant laws and other Asia Pacific country is a plus. Good commercial understanding and customer-oriented aligning with business direction. Familiar with modern management tools and technology Good at presentation / communications and decent when appearing to customer’s face. Good command of English. Target and result oriented with team effort and team player. Positive attitude and willing to develop own self and being role model. Ready to travel.
