Advantech 歡迎一位熟悉 Embedded (IPC) / ICT 產業、具備國際市場經驗的理級主管。如果您擅長整合產品、業務與行銷，這將是一個能發揮影響力的關鍵角色。您將串聯全球營運與產品策略，推動海外 Embedded / ICT 團隊轉型，並帶領跨國、跨文化團隊持續成長。同時，您將負責開拓新市場與深化既有客戶關係，推動 ODM/DMS 業務成長，並與產品規劃團隊合作，依據市場需求規劃解決方案，進一步擴大整體營收與市場影響力。這不只是管理職，更是一個能站上國際舞台、直接影響公司未來發展的重要機會。主要職責負責 Embedded (IPC)/ ICT 相關產品之 ODM / DMS 業務策略規劃與團隊管理，協助海外產品、業務與行銷功能團隊轉型，並帶領跨國、跨文化團隊持續成長。與總部產品規劃部門進行策略協調，定期向事業群主管報告業務與專案進度，並擔任海外產品、業務、行銷功能團隊與總部產品開發單位之關鍵橋樑。拓展既有 ODM / DMS 業務，規劃並推動關鍵成長計畫，建立並維繫 Key Account 客戶經營策略，與產品規劃部門合作，共同擴大市場版圖。必要條件具備 8–10 年以上工業 PC（IPC）、嵌入式系統或 ICT 產業之產品管理、技術銷售或業務拓展經驗。具跨文化團隊管理經驗，能跨時區以影響力帶領團隊（需管理約 3–4 位歐洲當地國籍同仁）。工程、電腦科學或工商管理相關學士以上學歷。工作地點以研華林口為主，需具備高度海外移動彈性，可配合頻繁出差或短期派駐歐洲。英語母語程度或精通。加分條件精通德語或法語者佳。 Can’t find a suitable opening? Responsibilities
