We are seeking a Product Specialist to join our dynamic team at Ice Qube, Inc. In this role, you will be instrumental in driving sales of our cutting-edge climate control products. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions that enhance their operations. This position is located in our Greensburg, PA location. SUMMARY

The Product Sales Specialist is responsible for building relationships with new customers, maintaining current customer relationships, generating interest, qualifying prospects, outbound cold calls and closing sales. The Product Sales Specialist will have monthly goals to hit, sales numbers, quotations, calls, etc. As they continue to reach these goals, they will be promoted to Senior Product Sales Specialist, which could include quarterly bonuses.

QUALIFICATIONS

· A minimum of 2 years over the phone product sales experience and/or customer service experience is required
· Proven experience in observing, receiving, and otherwise obtaining information from relevant sources and utilizing the information to choose the best solutions to solve problems
· Strong organizational skills
· Strong interpersonal and communication skills
· Strong computer Skills and ability to learn new skills
· Self-motivated
· Math Skills
· Minimum High School Diploma or the equivalent, preferably 2 years of college
· Possible travel
· Ability to read, write and speak English

Responsibilities

· Present and sell company products to current customers and new prospects
· Propose products to customers based on their needs and interests
· Prepare quotations
· Prospecting for new customers and making strong connections with potential customers
· Locating new sales opportunities through tactics like cold-calling and trade shows
· Maintain current product knowledge to answer customer questions regarding product, availability, pricing and product uses
· Assessing competition by analyzing and summarizing competitor information and trends and identifying sales opportunities
· Set up Team’s meetings with old and new customers
· Product Warranties for customers
· Resolve customer issues and concerns according to company policies
· Document of customer interaction in CRM
· Customer Shipping questions
· Team’s meetings with prospective customers
