Job Description About the role With one of the widest ranges of hardware and software products in the telematics space, built through a series of acquisitions, there are clear commercial opportunities for our Telematics business. Over 70% of new customers have been acquired through cross-sell channels, yet with over 400,000 total customers and more than one million vehicles across the Radius group, our 60,000 Telematics customers still represent a small share of the total and significant growth opportunity. As the Product Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for driving product performance, adoption, and revenue growth in market. This strategic and hands-on role requires strong commercial acumen, deep product understanding, and the ability to influence, coach, and support the local sales team. You will work closely with the EU Pillar Sales Manager, sales reps, customer success teams, and key customer accounts to ensure product success throughout the full sales lifecycle. There will be a particular focus on bundles and ensuring that the sales team members adopt a strong sales methodology to position the benefits of our bundles through the sales cycle. This role is critical in shaping market positioning, delivering sales targets, and ensuring our customers experience maximum value from our solutions. Your daily responsibilities will be... Delivering Pillar Sales Goals Develop and execute strategies to achieve our bundle & pillar sales targets in Market Partner with the sales teams, market sales leaders, and cross-functional stakeholders to drive consistent performance across the market Analyse sales performance and identify opportunities for growth. Product Expertise Build and maintain strong relationships with the EU Pillar Sales Manager and assist with new product and feature launches across your market Provide feedback to the EU Pillar Sales Manager where additional learning, process or commercial needs are identified for success across EU Champion product knowledge and ensure consistent understanding across your market Partner with the L&D team in your market where additional program learning needs are identified across the team Stay Ahead of Product Trends and Legislation Monitor industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies and communicate this back to your local team and the EU Pillar Sales Manager to ensure we are business ready for changes Provide insights and recommendations to guide product development, market positioning, and sales strategies. Maintain an up-to-date understanding of competitive offerings working closely with the local Marketing Manager to ensure these are captured in our competitor analysis documents Work closely with the L&D team locally to ensure all employees receive the relevant product training regularly to keep up to date with trends and emerging technologies In-Country Training & Development Coach the sales teams including leaders on product features, value propositions, and effective selling techniques. Ensure training materials reflect product updates, market shifts, and customer needs in partnership with the local Learning and Development Teams Product Ambassadorship Be a visible advocate for product value, differentiation, and innovation. Influence internal stakeholders and support cross-business collaboration. Key Account Success Partner with the Sales Reps and Sales Leaders across your market to provide strategic advice onlarge opportunities and where needed, directly engage with customers and prospects during the sales cycle to assist in winning deals Qualifications What do we expect from you?
