Job Overview: We are looking for a Product Sales Support Coordinator to support go-to-market execution for Synaptix™, an AIOps Intelligent Platform for Governed IT Operations. The mission of this role is to ensure deal preparation, follow-up, and internal coordination are executed reliably — allowing Account Managers and technical teams to focus on customer engagement and delivery. This position is ideal for candidates who are organized, calm, detail-oriented, and interested in working close to enterprise customers without aggressive sales pressure. Key Responsibilities: Deal & Task Coordination Track open deal-related tasks, customer questions, and next steps Follow up internally with: Presales, Delivery, Finance, Partner teams Ensure no customer request or internal action is missed CRM (HubSpot) Management Maintain accurate deal records, notes, and stages in HubSpot Log meetings, customer questions, and follow-up actions Ensure every active deal has a clear next step and owner Proposal & Sales Material Support Assist in preparing: Proposal, Presentation decks, Meeting materials Manage document versions and internal approvals Support Account Managers with structured follow-up emails Product Knowledge Base Usage Reuse approved Synaptix product materials and content Flag missing, unclear, or outdated content for review Help ensure consistent product messaging across deals Key Requirements: From 1 year of experience as a Sales Support/ Sales Operator/ Customer Support/ Project Coodinator or relevant Strong organization and follow-up skills Clear written communication in Vietnamese and basic English proficiency Comfortable working with senior internal stakeholders Nice-to-Have Exposure to IT services, SaaS, or enterprise technology Experience using CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) Background in consulting, SI, or managed services What We Offer: Innovative Environment: A dynamic and collaborative work environment where innovation is encouraged.
