• Experience in product development within a food company
• You thrive on exploring the fine details of sourcing, roasting, fermentation, flavor development, and extraction whether professionally or as a devoted hobby
• Solid foundation in chemistry and applied food science
• Hands-on lab experience and strong motivation for practical, experimental work
• Understanding of cost-conscious and commercially viable product design
• Team player with a reliable, professional, and detail-oriented approach to documentation
