Job Title: PSD Assistant (Product/Service/Delivery)
Location: Prudhoe Bay, Alaska
Employment Type: W2 Contract – 1 Year
Pay Rate: $24.00 per hour
Schedule: 3 weeks on / 3 weeks off (~12-hour shifts)

JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are seeking a highly organized PSD Assistant to join our operations team in Prudhoe Bay, Alaska, supporting a leading Oil & Gas company. This is a full-time, W2 contract position lasting 1 year with a 3x3 rotational schedule of 12-hour shifts.
The PSD Assistant will provide crucial administrative support to the PSD (Product & Service Delivery) Manager. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of managing multiple scheduling and logistics tasks in a fast-paced environment.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Prior experience in administrative, coordination, or logistics support roles preferred.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficiency with scheduling and data entry systems.
  • Ability to work independently in a high-demand field environment.
  • Previous experience in the oil & gas sector is a plus.

Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide direct administrative support to the PSD Manager.
  • Assign Operators to jobs according to their competency levels and development plans (in the absence of a Workforce Coordinator).
  • Monitor job start/end dates using internal planning systems (iDistrict, JMP, FDP).
  • Input and manage personnel data and job logistics in planning systems of record.
  • Collaborate with the GM Workforce Coordinator to resolve scheduling or personnel imbalances.
  • Track and report on employee availability, work schedules, rest days, and rig activity.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements including hot shot logistics, helicopter flights, and rig site accommodations.
  • Compile and manage personnel lists for client coordination.
  • Assist other departments in the location as needed and directed by the PSD Manager.
