Responsibilities: Act as the regional focal point for LCO customer-facing sales initiatives, including but not limited to the upgrade, replacement and servicing of Field Instrumentation, Process Analyzers and other such devices Oversight of service methodologies such as RMS-710-01_P001_R01, which outlines standardized procedures for regional service operations Coordinate regional lifecycle services, including LCA renewals, contract transitions, and escalation pathways for service-related scopes Enforce safety standards and regulatory compliance across region in all service activities Responsible for regional financial achievement of Product Service business unit Lead regional KPI tracking and engineering utilization to analyze and maximize performance Assist in the deployment of regional training programs for Product and Cross platform (LSBC/DES) solution creation for value selling Ensure standardized training materials and supports consultative selling skill Manage field instruments and analyzers, including dashboards and digital tools for performance monitoring Assist local affiliates to oversee product lifecycle transitions, obsolescence communication, and replacement strategies Act as the escalation authority to expeditiously resolve client matters that cannot be resolved by the local team Interface with Local, Regional and Global teams in all CMUs and Delivery to ensure consistent and timely communication Requirements: Degree in a field of Process Engineering and Measurement or a business degree Minimum of 2 years of experience in a field instrument and analyzer process measurement sales role Minimum of 5 years of hands-on field instrument and analyzer process measurement solution delivery (Desing, implementation and commissioning) Familiarity with all of Yokogawa Products will be a strong advantage Understanding or process control will be beneficial Experience in consultative solution selling will be beneficial Experience in digital transformation initiatives to improve technologies, productivity and reliability.
