As a Product & Services Change Manager - CSI, you’ll: Support the successful delivery of the CSI program by providing business readiness support for Product & Services (P&S). Align CSI program deliverables with P&S priorities, develop collateral, and support readiness activities including stakeholder engagement, impact analysis, and communication planning.

Day to day, you’ll:

• Assist in aligning CSI program deliverables with P&S priorities.
• Develop tools and communication to facilitate change readiness.
• Support readiness activities including stakeholder engagement and communication planning.
• Identify and document gaps, risks, and opportunities in CSI program design and implementation.
• Maintain program documentation and contribute to reporting.

This role is a 12-month max-term/ secondment opportunity.
