Description
Work closely with Product Prog Mgr to deliver a complete product, focusing on solution and eco system, that works with the hardware as a complete product launch. Develop integration plan with design, development and test partners that meets program goal. Manage integration delivery with TPM and Prog Mgr to ensure delivery meets program goal. Work between agile and waterfall schedule to ensure the hardware and solution are delivered to product launch. Manage change request and guide change requestors on the PIR process. Provide coaching and guidance to team members. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Management, Engineering, Computer Sciences, or equivalent. Typically 4-6 years of experience. Experience with software development and Agile methodology. Extensive experience with using project and program planning tools and software packages to create, manage, and track project results. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Demonstrated business acumen and successful experience managing all aspects of programs, including communicating with stakeholders and directing matrixed teams and resources. Ability to effectively communicate program plans, proposals, and results, and negotiate options at senior management levels.
