As a Product Solutions Manager, you’ll be reporting to the Director, SDE Operations in our Product team. You will also be the Application Security Subject Matter Expert for the Product team, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders and industry leaders on application security specific topics. Your role will also focus on supporting the SD Elements Product and Product Team by providing internal and external enablement on the product and its uses, developing supporting services plans, and developing other processes and documentation.
We are open to candidates across Canada. We are a remote-first company with a head-office in Toronto. We don’t mandate team members to come in on a particular schedule, however we encourage team members to come into the office to foster connection with their colleagues on a schedule that works for them personally.

Responsibilities

Security Subject Matter Expertise

  • Serve as the Application Security subject matter expert for internal teams in the development and delivery of industry leading products
  • Advise customers on implementation of our products into their Cyber Security product portfolios
  • Provide customers and internal teams with expert Application Security advice and product recommendations
  • Be an Application Security thought leader and expert within the industry

Product Enablement

  • Own the SD Elements Best Practices program, developing and documenting practices to implement Security Compass products in customers Application Security product portfolio including SAST/DAST tools, CI/CD, GRC, Training, etc
  • Own the SDE Education course portfolio, developing and updating courses to support best practices and common use cases for internal teams, customers, and channel and integration partners
  • Provide customer API, Scripted Automation and AI based automation support, including development of enablement material and ongoing customer support

Product Management Support

  • Review and Recommend changes to enterprise support and services offerings to accelerate customer onboarding and adoption
  • Optimize Product team processes, collaborating with customer facing and engineering teams to identify improvements and implement changes
