We are looking for a highly motivated, career driven individual to join our team. There is a great demand for new & used cars and we are looking for enthusiastic and determined professionals to represent our dealership. This position calls for an individual with strong work ethics, determined to excel in this industry and wants to be a part of the All American Family!
This position has the compensation of $350 - $550/week plus commission.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Must have a valid license
  • Must have a clean Motor Vehicle Record
  • Ability to pass background check required

Responsibilities
  • Sales consultant is responsible for selling new and pre-owned vehicles at dealership gross profit, volume, and customer satisfaction standards.
  • Recognize that our business is built on maintaining outstanding relationships with our customers and maintain the excellent service satisfaction that All American is well known for.
  • Staying updated on vehicle specs such as make, model, trim levels, conditions and features, as well as the warranty status of our vehicles.
  • Follow-up on all sales leads.
  • Staying updated on our current and incoming inventory.
  • Maintain all prospect and customer interactions on CRM system and follow the established dealership sales process.
  • Present new and pre-owned vehicles to customers that fit their desires, including offering test drives.
  • Introduce customers to our service and parts departments to ensure customer satisfaction after the sales process has been completed.
