Description
Cardihab Sydney | Remote first, with weekly in person meetings Delivering the future models of care in cardiovascular disease. At Cardihab, we’re helping people recover from and prevent cardiac events in ways that actually work for them. We’ve built Australia’s first clinically proven Digital Therapeutic platform for cardiac rehabilitation. The evidence shows participants live longer, healthier lives, with better value healthcare than usual care. We’re already working with most of Australia’s major health funds. We have a TGA-registered product. We’re delivering measurable outcomes for thousands of patients. And we’re still early. The Role We’re hiring a Product Specialist to help our customers get real value from the platform. This is not a passive support role. It sits right in the middle of product, customers, and delivery. You’ll work directly with clinicians, partners, and internal teams to make sure the product is understood, used properly, and continuously improving. You’ll report to the Chief Product Officer and play a key role in how Cardihab scales its product into more complex environments and partnerships. What You’ll Actually Do Work directly with delivery partners and clinicians to onboard them onto the platform in a way that fits how they already operate Translate real-world customer needs into clear product requirements the engineering team can act on Run training sessions that are practical, relevant, and tailored — not generic Identify gaps between what the product can do and how it’s actually being used, then close them Support implementation projects, documentation, and coordination across stakeholders Contribute to ongoing product improvements and new product development This is an execution-heavy role with real ownership. Your work will be visible and consequential from day one. What We’re Looking For 2–5 years in product enablement, implementation, or technical customer success, ideally in SaaS or digital health Strong ability to gather and structure user requirements Comfortable delivering training to professional audiences and adapting to different levels of experience Clear communicator who can move between clinicians, customers, and product teams without losing the thread Organised and able to manage multiple workstreams at once Comfortable operating in a startup environment where not everything is defined yet Bonus if you’ve worked in healthcare, or with patient-facing or mobile health products. How We Work Cardihab is small enough that your work matters immediately. The team is distributed across Sydney, Brisbane, Tasmania, and the Philippines. We’re practical, outcome-oriented, and not overly process-heavy. The people who do well here: · Take initiative without waiting to be told · Are comfortable with ambiguity · Are genuinely curious about healthcare and how it can be improved If you need a lot of structure and hand-holding, this probably won’t be the right fit. If you want to own something meaningful and see it move, it probably will be. Why This Role Exists Now We’ve proven the model. The product works. The outcomes are real. But the surface area of what’s still possible is enormous. More partners. New patient populations. Better data. Better tools for clinicians. Deeper integrations. The decisions we make in the next 2–3 years will define what Cardihab becomes. This role is right in the middle of that.
