What you will do: The Product Specialist BDE is responsible for (but not limited to): Acting as the trusted advisor for all things Networks and Cybersecurity. You will be supported to champion these products and drive successful customer outcomes in a sales capacity. Assisting in the development of product strategies to drive success for Networking and Cybersecurity Vendors (i.e. Cisco, Zscaler, Crowdstrike, etc.). Assisting in the development of sales ideas and promotional materials to support new and existing products. Ensuring all marketing support documentation is current and has received the appropriate compliance sign-off. Assisting in the development of regular product communications to customers and advisers. Budgeting and forecasting, improving existing software capability, creating, managing and disbursing reports as required. Gathering, defining, and documenting customer requirements, deliveries, and outcomes, providing solution guidance. What you’ll bring: A broad and deep understanding of technical infrastructure projects, operations and related technology dependencies. Proven ability to manage complex issues of diverse scope where analysis of situation or data requires evaluation of a variety of factors, including an understanding of current business trends The ability to interact, collaborate and network effectively with internal and external stakeholders Strong verbal and written communication skills with a wide variety of stakeholders.
