Key Responsibilities Product Sales Performance Conduct in-depth market research to understand the competitive landscape, pricing dynamics, incentive policies, and consumer behavior within Romania and Bulgaria passenger car market. Provide actionable local market and competitor analysis, including pricing reports and benchmarking, to support effective pricing strategies. Prepare segment and product analyses for BYD models to identify trends and opportunities for enhanced market positioning. Interpret data and translate insights into actionable recommendations. Product Launch Coordinate pre-launch activities by aligning with the internal teams (marketing, PR, sales, network development) and external stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of all required assets and approvals. Facilitate cross-functional communication to maintain transparency and ensure a smooth, on-schedule product introduction. Product Localization Monitor market dynamics, policy developments, and industry trends in real time to identify risks and opportunities for localized product positioning. Coordinate with cross-functional teams (R&D, sales, supply, compliance) to convert input from users, dealers, and authorities into regionalized product adaptations. Required skills, qualifications and experience Bachelor's degree in Automotive Engineering, Business Administration or a related field is a plus At least 5 years of professional experience, including a minimum of 3 years in product management, engineering, or marketing within the automotive or mobility industry Oral / written fluency in English, Chinese would be a plus Strong data collection and analytical skills, with the ability to extract and present critical insights. Excellent communication and presentation skills with an analytical mindset Ability to collaborate effectively in a multi-national, cross-functional environment Able to prioritize and work proactively with efficient time management skills Results-oriented, with a hands-on approach and strong motivation to meet deadlines and deliver outcomes Valid driving license B is a plus Why Join Us?
