This position offers a unique opportunity for retail Specialists or retail travel professionals to contribute to our company’s growth by enhancing our online & retail business offerings. As a key member of our team, you will contribute to expanding product offerings, developing lead generation strategies, bridging the gap between online and retail sales channels, leading market research efforts, and contributing to ad hoc digital projects.

EDUCATION

• Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Business Administration, Marketing, a related field or equivalent experience.

EXPERIENCE

• Minimum 5 years in product management, travel planning, or a related role in the travel industry.

TECHNICAL SKILLS

• Strong knowledge of retail travel operations and online booking platforms (e.g., GDS, PMS systems).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data analytics tools.
• Familiarity with digital marketing tools and CRM systems.

SOFT SKILLS

• Excellent organizational, communication, and negotiation abilities.
