Job Description Generating demand for company products and achieving the sales budgets assigned by company. Drive sales performance and ensure sales forecasts and assigned budgets meet or exceed therapeutic and territory expectations. Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of market, demographic, and managed markets information relative to assigned sales territory. Ensuring product enlisting in the accounts from the territory. Ensuring customer coverage and execution of marketing activities as per strategy. Facilitating on-time availability of medicines. Comply with all regulations regarding interactions with healthcare professionals, distribution of samples, etc Qualifications Educational qualification: Bachelors degree in Science or Business Minimum work experience: 3 to 5 years of sales experience in Oncology Skills & attributes: In depth knowledge about customers, territory and Oncology Market Proven track record in achieving sales targets. Experience in organizing and executing sales and marketing programs in the territory. Strong customer focus and KOL engagement. Ability to work with cross-functional teams.
