REQUIREMENTS:

• A bachelor’s degree or diploma in a science-related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in the medical devices industry, preferably within ENT, neuro, or surgical equipment.
• Good to have experience in engaging in live surgeries and cadaver workshops.
• Excellent communication skills in English (both written and spoken); ability to convey complex medical information clearly and persuasively.
• Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets.

• Introduce our portfolio of surgical equipment (capital and consumables) to healthcare professionals, ensuring they understand the unique benefits and applications of our products.
• Participate in surgical procedures by demonstrating the correct operation of our equipment to operating theatre staff. You will provide real-time support and ensure that the medical team is fully trained in the use of our products.
• Establish and maintain strong rapport with Key Opinion Leaders, fostering trust and collaboration to enhance product adoption and achieve sales target.
• Provide diligent follow-up throughout the sales process, ensuring customer satisfaction and addressing any concerns or inquiries on timely manner.
• Gather competitor insights and market intelligence to assist the sales team in developing effective sales and marketing strategies.
