University degree in Business Administration or similar
Minimum 3 years of professional experience in Product Line Management, Marketing, Product Development, Technical Customer Service, or related fields
Experience with business intelligence tools (PowerBI, Tableau, etc.)
Strong stakeholder management capabilities, with the ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams
Complex problem-solving skills with an analytical and solution-oriented mindset and strong presentation capability
Fluent business English

Join a dynamic team as a Product Specialist in Henkel’s Adhesive General Manufacturing and Maintenance business, driving portfolio optimization and growth for EIMEA region
Manage technology related projects, coordinating with cross-functional teams
Strong collaboration with Market and Application team to identify and solve for existing portfolio gaps and future portfolio opportunities based on our regional and global capabilities.
Implement and ensure regulatory changes within the respective region
Responsible for end-to-end back-end process ensuring customers’ expectations regarding availability, reliability and quality
Steer and analyze the full product lifecycle, including portfolio strategy and product availability
Support product ramp-ups and site transfers, providing clear input to Manufacturing and Purchasing on regional supply chain needs
Drive risk assessment within the Product Management scope
