Embark on a journey within the Global Transaction Banking BU, a Business Unit within the Corporate & Institutional Banking Strategic Business Unit (CIB SBU), which is dedicated to developing and offering Cash Management and Trade Finance to corporate clients while promoting digitalization and accompanying clients along the way. We are on the lookout for: Job vacancy: Product Specialist Your responsibility as Product Specialist will be to provide support to the Product Lead & the team in the execution of our Global Trade Solutions ensure that both internal & external customers’ expectations are met. In this role you will, • Maintain strong collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure high-quality service delivery; • Support the development and execution of product strategies, initiatives, and marketing efforts aligned with business goals; • Handle client and partner requests efficiently, ensuring timely responses and adherence to quality standards; • Contribute to the preparation of business cases and presentations for internal committees and forums; • Detailed understanding of the Trade Finance products and solutions to bring the right expertise to the deal team and/or own the Digital Trade Solutions; • Participate in product development, enhancement, and promotion to increase market coverage and client engagement; • Monitor and analyse clients’ supply chain , documentation, and product performance to support decision-making and ensure alignment with facility terms; • Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies to protect the Bank’s reputation and mitigate risks; • Organise and document work sessions, meetings, and project updates to support effective execution and communication; • Ensure that we are complying with our respective contracts and manage risks effectively; • Contribute to internal reporting, data analysis, and knowledge sharing to support continuous improvement and strategic alignment. We are looking for a candidate who has a minimum of: Either Diploma in Finance, Accounting, Management, Banking, Mathematics, Business, Economics or International trade field; or equivalent acceptable Specialised Trade qualifications; At least 2 years’ working experience in a Trade related field. Or Valid Certification in Trade Finance from accredited by The International Chamber of Commerce Academy (ICC) or The London Institute of Banking & Finance (LIBF); At least 3 years’ working experience in Trade-related field or any professional qualifications/experiences acceptable to the bank. And • Sound Knowledge IT: Core Banking System, Ms Office; • Understanding of the digital trade solutions; • Knowledge of trade products, solutions and techniques; • Knowledge of Trade related ICC rules and regulations. A combination of both qualification, experience & relevant skills will be considered since the position is for a technical & specialised role.
