Job Summary: Gramercy is seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Specialist & Consultant Relations Manager to join our team. This role is pivotal in overcoming the challenges of attracting institutional capital in the emerging market debt (EMD) space. The successful candidate will serve as a trusted liaison between Gramercy and investment consultants, pension funds, endowments, and other institutional investors, clearly articulating our investment philosophy and addressing investor skepticism with data-driven insights.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Proven experience in managing investments and partnerships, preferably within the public pension fund sector.
  • Strong network and established relationships with key consultants.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to persuade and educate stakeholders.
  • Expertise in governance transition and multi-asset EMD strategies.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and align business development strategies.

  • Represent Gramercy at industry conferences, consultant meetings, and investor forums, reinforcing the firm?s credibility and expertise.
  • Work closely with internal teams to align messaging, respond to consultant inquiries, and support business development efforts.
