Are You A Commercially Driven Product Manager with a Strategic Mindset? Hempel is looking to add a new Product Manger to our Service Development team in Kongens Lyngby. What will your responsibilities be? Support the service application product line and Hempel organisation on value propositions, commercial models, pricing structures and performance targets Support the development of a commercially focused product roadmap based on customer insights, market dynamics, competitive intelligence, and segment strategies. Translate customer pain points into scalable, repeatable service application products that enhance coating performance and drive revenue growth. Lead cross-functional service application development initiatives with R&D, Operations, Sales, and Marketing to ensure successful launch, adoption, and lifecycle management. Build strong internal and external relationships to align commercial goals with technical feasibility and operational readiness Identify and validate new service application opportunities that strengthen Hempel’s market position and support sustainability ambitions. Ensure commercial viability and scalability of new service applications, including business cases, pricing logic, and go-to-market plans. Continuously optimize the existing portfolio to maintain competitiveness, relevance, and profitability together with the technical part of Service Application What do we look for in you? A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Business, Chemistry, or a related field. Proven experience in product management, service commercialization, or solution development within Marine, Energy, Infrastructure, or other heavy industries. Strong commercial acumen and a passion for building products that solve real customer problems. Ability to turn insights into actionable product strategies and measurable business outcomes. Experience working with diverse stakeholders and driving alignment across functions. Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills. A passion for creating customer value and contributing to a more sustainable industry.
