As a Product Specialist in North Idaho, you can proudly tell your family and friends that you help nurture hope, healing, and resilience in Idaho’s youth by personally implementing sorting processes specific to new purchased product, donated jewelry, and added value merchandise that will aid our Thrift Stores. You will find yourself organizing product, playing with jewelry, fulfilling orders, tracking inventory, and treasure hunting all in a day’s work. Must Haves: Be enrolled in High School or possess High School diploma or equivalent Be at least 16 years of age Ability to perform well in a cross-functional, shared work environment Our Product Specialists: Sort incoming donated items, pulling out “added value” items such as jewelry, fashion clothing, collectibles, antiques and eCommerce items Demonstrate and utilize in-depth knowledge of product needs to continue growth within eCommerce platforms, and other specialty categories Maintain new and/or purchased product inventory controls through efficient organization and accurate cycle counts, order fulfillments, and order receiving As a 501(c)(3) Non-Profit, the Idaho Youth Ranch is a qualifying employer for the Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PLSF) program. Daily work involves organizing product, handling jewelry, fulfilling orders, tracking inventory, and treasure hunting.
