TRAVEL & WORK ARRANGEMENTS/REQUIREMENTS:

This position will be based at our corporate offices in Davidson, NC, Charlotte, NC, or Quincy, IL, with 20% anticipated travel.

Responsibilities
  • Presale Product Support: Continuous development of knowledge to become an expert on our product, competitive product, markets and applications. Provide pre-sale support to sales and distribution partners through application guidance, technical clarification and product positioning. Serve as conduit between manufacturing and sales for support of lead-times and availability.
  • NPD Execution: For assigned products and offerings, execute new product commercialization into channels in accordance with NA Launch Plans and Gate requirements. Participate in the NPD process working with the Product Management team and distribution channel.
  • Sales Training and Tool Development: Support content development and deployment of product value proposition and competitive positioning through collateral, videos and training communications to sales channel with pertinent information designed to enhance selling capabilities.
  • Margin Growth: Manage and help deliver top line revenue and margin contribution through effective product positioning and discount management.
  • Pricing: Execution of pricing strategy initiatives. Inclusive of update and maintenance of pricing tools such as SAP, price books, and product sizing software.Process Improvement: Utilize Case Management system to identify repetitive process and product gaps that contribute to inferior customer satisfaction. Lead and direct the appropriate problem resolution tools/ steps to bring to resolution in a timely manner
