Your Purpose as a Product Specialist: Maintains professionalism and delivers excellent customer service to each guest. Conducts vehicle feature and benefit presentation by assisting guests on their test drive of vehicle(s). Ability to maintain strong product knowledge for all manufacture products to support guests’ questions. Directs guests to additional information resources by staying entuned to all manufacture changes and updates. Explain and demonstrate vehicle features and technologies at delivery, answering any questions that might arise from the customer. Maintains consistent guests’ communication after delivery to ensure guests satisfaction is met. Travels to and from guest’s residence with potential extended geographic locations. Effectively coordinates and communicates with Sales and Service departments to ensure guests experience is met. Ensures all vehicles meets all pre-delivery requirements. Drive between dealerships to pick up or drop off other vehicles. Keeps new and used vehicle lots neat and orderly, moving cars as directed by the general manager and in accordance with dealership display standards. Makes key tags for vehicles. Other duties as assigned by management. Requirements Basic Qualifications: Must be at least 18 years of age and have a valid driver’s license to operate a motor vehicle Customer Service or Retail experience preferred Additional Qualifications: A team-first always perspective with a desire to win together attitude.
