As a key brand ambassador, you’ll guide customers through the exciting features and innovations of BMW vehicles, ensuring they feel confident and inspired every step of the way. Responsibilities: Serve as a trusted expert on BMW technology, features, and performance Support the sales team before, during, and after the sale to enhance the customer journey Conduct engaging vehicle demonstrations and assist with test drives Collaborate with Sales, Service, and other departments to ensure a seamless experience Troubleshoot customer concerns and provide tech support when needed Use digital tools and video presentations to showcase vehicle configurations What We’re Looking For: Previous experience in a product specialist or customer support role Strong communication skills—both verbal and written Tech-savvy with the ability to explain complex systems clearly Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other basic software tools Valid driver’s license and clean driving record Automotive industry experience preferred but not required Compensation: The Hourly Wage for this position is: $15 - $18 Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and location.
