Responsibilities
  • Product Selection & Matching
  • Follow established SOPs to source high-potential products for TikTok creators (short video and live-streaming teams), ensuring a strong match between creator profiles and product features.
  • Independently plan and curate product lists to ensure diversity and a high hit rate for trending products.
  • Data Analysis & Forecasting
  • Download, clean, and analyse weekly sales performance data (e.g. sales volume, conversion rates, ROI) to measure the effectiveness of product selections.
  • Leverage a data-driven product selection strategy to systematically identify high-potential items, proactively support category growth, and avoid over-reliance on saturated bestsellers.
  • Merchant Collaboration
  • Reach out to TikTok merchants and negotiate partnership terms, including pricing, inventory availability, and commission rates.
  • Select highly compatible products and coordinate supply chain readiness with creator requirements.
  • Many merchant communications will be conducted in Mandarin.
  • Advertising Support
  • Assist in organizing TikTok Ads performance data to inform and refine product selection and advertising alignment.
  • Team Collaboration
  • Efficient Workflow: Regularly sync product lists with the internal operations team and share data insights to ensure transparency and strategic alignment.
  • Proactive Proposals: Based on data and market trends, provide product recommendations to help prioritize and promote high-potential items.
  • Data-Driven Decisions: Use measurable metrics (e.g. conversion rates, growth trends) to influence internal priorities and maximize GMV performance.
