We are looking for a Product Specialist to play a pivotal role in building solutions for the core challenges of the logistics industry. At WiseTech, we don’t just develop features – we concentrate our efforts on building products that empower the supply chains of the world.
You’ll be working with our talented software development teams on technical projects, often necessitating deep engagement with diverse set of internal and external stakeholders, and delivering work with real-world impact.

YOUR KNOWLEDGE AND UNDERSTANDING:

  • Strong logistics experience – in areas such as warehousing, domestic transport, or freight forwarding is essential.
  • Depth of logistics knowledge coupled with technical experience is advantageous.
  • Strong communication skills to be able to bridge the gap between business needs and technical specifications.
  • The ability to understand, analyse and transform pain points into implementable solutions.
  • Creative mindset to come up with solutions our customers didn’t know were possible.
Responsibilities
  • Deeply engaging with our customers to understand their pain points and translate them into high level design/solution documents.
  • Provide support to customer incidents and issues in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with our software development teams and design concrete solutions.
  • Assist in aligning the product roadmap with the company priorities and manage/update the product enhancements backlog based on the priorities.
  • Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate the product meets the functional objectives.
  • Contribute to product documentation.
  • Work closely with the Product Manager in setting up the product vision, roadmap and strategy.
