Responsibilities
  • Provide technical sales support, including customer demos, trials, and part testing
  • Handle complex support requests from high-profile global customers
  • Develop deep understanding of the 2D scanner systems—both hardware and software
  • Collaborate with internal engineering teams to resolve edge cases and difficult queries
  • Work alongside and eventually lead the small technical team supporting this product
  • Proven expertise of product support and technical sales tasks
  • Demonstrated ability to operate independently as the escalation point
  • Take full ownership of product lines: customer experience, business development, product development
  • Lead and mentor the small technical team (support engineers, sales engineers)
  • Interface with key global clients and internal R&D for continuous improvemen
