PRODUCT SPECIALIST - MIDDLEWARE:

We are looking for a Product Specialist – Middleware to oversee the day-to-day operations, performance, and continuous improvement of our event-driven, data-centric middleware.
As a key technical liaison between development, operations, and business teams, you will be responsible for monitoring, troubleshooting, and optimizing middleware processes, ensuring high availability, reliability, and performance. You will work closely with development team, solution architects, and external stakeholders to support business-critical workflows.
Key Responsibilities
Middleware Operations & Monitoring
Oversee middleware health, performance, and stability, ensuring optimal functioning of integrations and microservices.
Utilize observability tools to monitor logs, detect anomalies, and improve system efficiency.
Manage and troubleshoot event-driven architectures, message queues, and API integrations.
Incident Management & Troubleshooting
Act as the first point of contact for middleware-related incidents, identifying root causes and driving quick resolutions.
Collaborate with dev team to analyze recurring issues and suggest long-term solutions.
Continuous Improvement & Optimization
Work with developers to enhance data pipelines, message processing workflows, and system scalability.
Contribute to middleware enhancements, upgrades, and configuration tuning to meet business requirements.
Ensure compliance with security best practices (OAuth2, JWT, TLS encryption, GDPR).
Technical Documentation & Knowledge Sharing
Maintain detailed documentation of middleware services, workflows, and troubleshooting procedures.
Provide training and support to internal teams on middleware functionalities and best practices.
Key Requirements
Technical Background
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in middleware, integration platforms, or enterprise applications support.
Strong understanding of event-driven architectures, microservices, APIs, and messaging systems
Familiarity with ETL processes, data ingestion, and transformation pipelines.
Middleware & Integration Skills
Experience with integration platforms such as Azure Logic Apps, Mulesoft, Talend, or similar.
Hands-on experience with REST APIs, SOAP, JSON, XML, and EDI-based data exchange.
Knowledge of database technologies (SQL, NoSQL) and integration with operational data stores.
Observability & Troubleshooting
Proficiency in log management, monitoring, and debugging tools (ELK Stack, Prometheus, Grafana).
Experience with error handling, retry strategies, and dead-letter queues in event-driven systems.
