JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Specialist with a background in laboratory sciences and a Bachelor’s degree in Biotechnology. The ideal candidate will be responsible for helping clients select the most suitable diagnostic tests and health packages based on their needs. They will also provide product expertise, support business development, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Biotechnology, Microbiology, Biochemistry, or a related field.
• Experience: Prior experience in a diagnostic lab, healthcare, or biotechnology industry is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients and internal teams.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a customer-centric approach.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Knowledge of diagnostic tests, pathology services, and home healthcare.
• Experience in sales, marketing, or customer service within the healthcare sector.
